The production

The processing is handmade by our workers inside the company with an appropriately studied machine to give better compactness to high molecular density polyethylene, applying the layer and Strapper sheet.

When the chopping boards have the Strapper layer, we protect them with a packaging machine, inserting inside a little info brochure on how to remove and insert the new save-chopping board layer.
In the package there is an additional new Strapper layer to test the easy worn-out replacing operation.

Every Strapper chopping board is a unique piece and the small imperfections you can see are a quality mark.
